  I've been driving for 52 years and have always performed my own maintenance and most repairs. However, we're on an extended road trip from Alabama and I used Rod's to have some maintenance done - oil change, tire rotation, etc.. I was extremely impressed with Jeffrey and this operation. If you're the "band-aid your car together at the cheapest price" type, this is not your shop. However, if you treat your car as an important investment, and want things done right, then you have hit paydirt. Jeffrey and his team are thorough, they give you a comprehensive status of your vehicle's health to help plan for any future issues, their communication is the absolute best I've ever encountered, and their work is top notch, with great attention to detail. This is the way to run an auto repair business. Jeffrey and the team at Rod's Master Auto Tech have my highest recommendation!

  as a younger woman i’ve had very limited good experiences with car mechanics. i was recommended this place through a friend and went in for car problems that another place was quoting me $8000 for. jeffery was the one who helped me and he was so incredibly nice and offered me a rental car free of charge for the day before he even did the inspection. the report he sent me on my car included photos of EVERYTHING with thorough details on what they found and why it needed to be fixed. it was the most detailed report i had ever seen in my life. he called me later and advised me to get a new car (lol), out of care that i would dig myself in a financial hole. (my car had a lot of problems and i knew that) he still took the time to explain everything and even recommend me the best cars to get and told me if i ever needed advice, he would happily help me look for a good option. i can’t recommend this place enough, it’s hard to find trustworthy and sympathetic mechanics nowadays, even though i didn’t get any work done, i more than appreciate the time and care they took to give me all the information i needed, still do an inspection, and then on top to offer me a rental car free of charge before even doing anything. thank you rods!!

  I wanted a pre buy inspection for a car, and Rod’s had clear and consistent service from consultation to completion. I dealt with Jeffrey who was consistent and very helpful, and the thorough inspection included lots of pictures and observations. I felt like I was well taken care of, and trust was established without even walking in the door. I would say you are in good hands with good honest people that give you a lot of useful information backed up with specific photos. I would love to do more business with them.

  I used to bring car to them to do oil change and estimate since my car get high miles, they quoted price everything and it comes out 6000, they replace 2 bulbs and each cost around 100$ , save ur money go buy and replace by urself is 20$ . They appear nice, professional but with me it is pricey and feel like a scam. Oil change and estimate general maintenance overall cost around 200$ then they list everything with pictures need to go fix with cost total 6000, well thank for that i go other shops and ask them check again, they confirm my car is still ok no need to replace .

  I had no choice in walking in my Radiator hoses on my vehicle were in need of replacement. I spoke with Jeffrey. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me On ordering hoses and replacing them upon pick up of the vehicle, I spoke to Brittany. She was very customer service oriented and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend rods to anyone who wants a fair deal with good guaranteed work. Satisfied customer Robot.

  Honest mechanics. I liked that they took pictures of everything and checked with me before working on things. Bonus for providing a loaner car free of charge while mine was in the shop.

  If I could put a negative star amount I would. They charged me over twice the normal amount for services because they knew I couldn't go anywhere else due to my car being unable to be driven. Then when I needed electrical diagnostics (which they did separately from the "full" diagnostics I paid for) they wanted 500 dollars an hour. They do the minimum work and even then I'm frankly surprised they did anything at all. With the money I spent I could've bought my car 6 times, and even then they forced me to convert my suspension from air to coil to "save money". They will take every advantage possible to pull one over on you. DO NOT GO HERE.
