🚗 Do you offer loaner vehicles?

Yep, sure do! We have loaner cars available while your vehicle is in our care — no need to miss a beat.

🚗 Do you offer rides or pick-up/drop-off service?

Yes! We can give you a ride, or even pick up and drop off your vehicle if needed. Just let us know when you schedule your appointment.

🛠️ What kind of warranty do you offer?

We back our work with a Lifetime Warranty on parts and labor, plus a 3-year / 36,000-mile Nationwide Warranty that includes FREE roadside assistance.

🔧 What do I need to do to keep my warranty valid?

Easy — just don’t neglect your vehicle and bring it in every 6 months or 5,000 miles (whichever comes first) for your FREE warranty check-up.

👀 Do you inspect every car?

Yes! Every vehicle that comes through our shop gets a complimentary visual health inspection.

Note: This inspection doesn’t include diagnostics — if we spot something that needs testing, we’ll let you know first.

📅 When can I get my car in?

We’re usually booked out only about 2 days, so we can get you in quick!

⏱️ How long do repairs or services take?

That depends on the work — anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days. But don’t worry — we’ve got loaner cars if you need one while we work on yours.

💸 Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer financing through EasyPay — ask us for more information.

💳 Do you offer contactless payment?

Absolutely. We can send you a secure payment link so you can pay right from your phone or computer.

🌙 Do you have after-hours drop-off and pick-up?

Yep! There’s a drop box to the left of the front office door for after-hours drop-offs, and we also have after-hours pick-up lockboxes for your convenience.

🧠 Are your technicians and advisors up to date with the industry?

Yes! Our techs and service advisors attend 4–6 training classes every year to stay current with the latest vehicles, tools, and technology.

🔁 Do you perform maintenance?

You bet. We believe maintenance is the key to keeping your car reliable and saving money on major repairs.

🤝 Am I going to get “sold” on stuff I don’t need?

Nope. Our job is to educate you, not sell you. Our advisors are here to explain your options and help you make informed decisions, not pressure you.

🧽 What maintenance schedule do you follow?

With over 100 years of combined experience, we’ve learned what really works.

We recommend changing most fluids every 30,000 miles (except coolant) — we have customers with over 500,000 miles following this schedule.
